We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our commitment guarantees that every item will arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your product is received in a damaged or defective state, we will promptly offer a replacement or a full refund.

Given the custom made-to-order nature of our business, we can only accept returns and issue refunds for the specific situations outlined above. We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for any other reason.

We work exclusively with high-quality fulfillment partners to ensure that every order meets our standards. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your valued support.

RETURN PROCESS

In case of a damaged and missing product, wrong item or a manufacturing error, We offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 21 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible and provide a clear photo or video on a flat surface showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.

Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size, color or changed their mind.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, free of smoke, pet hair and deodorant marks, and must be returned in new condition. Items showing any signs of use, including being worn, washed, altered, or removed from their original condition, are not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY

“Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process your order.”

Shipping carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. Holidays.

Shipping times: Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier or customs delays. Orders placed on late Fri-Sun may see longer ship times as the orders will be prepared the following week. You may receive your order sooner or later depending on order processing, standard shipping and transit timelines.

STEPS FOR LOST PACKAGE

  1. Verify the delivery address is 100% accurate.

  2. Contact the local post office as the package may be held there.

  3. Reach out to the Support Team for further investigation.

  4. If no error is found on your end, a free reprint will be offered.
